One of my employees has been really disgruntled recently and had been searching for a new job (without telling management) and was calling in/leaving early doing interviews and stuff

We're pretty thinly staffed so this caused a lot of operational strain

My informants have told me he went from extreme confidence to saying today that he didnt get the job

If youre going to burn bridges in your way out of somewhere, maybe make sure you actually land the gig bozo

Tbh I'm in a similar position and I wouldn't tell my employer a damn thing lmao. They don't respect me or my time so why would I offer it to them?

@ins0mniak @matty @DEERBLOOD The last 9 months of the build for that launch was mostly on me. 12 sometimes 18 nights. I remember talking to Rees about it as ew. Has to be done by x date. ESA and arienespace called it off for like 8 months. They finally launched that tiny nuc sized payload that cost the company 672k to be a passenger on. It was supposed to run out but it's solar cell (single) has faced sun almost it's entire life. I can connect to it but I won't login. Because I don't need a red card but it has some fun stuff on it for just a probe

I cant tell you how much I hated it. Paid ok but man was it dull.

I worked for a few startups. One got raided by the irs so I took the issued mac pro home with me lol

People would get the cd from the isp and still couldnt figure out how to log on.
