it is a clip from the latest episode of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
well technically this is depicting a fight at a list with an audience, not warfare. but alas, what I would want to see in medieval combat will never actually happen because Hollywood is allergic to historical medieval depiction.
that being said, if you actually watch this episode there is legitimate HEMA techniques being demonstrated such as half swording, the mordhau and realistic grappling in armor. the design of the armor and weapons are not historical sure, but neither is the world of Game of Thrones.

the armored fighting in the last duel was cool for sure! but even that movie gave into yet another medieval drab gray filter aesthetic setting, though I will give credit with the costume design for not being afraid to add some color despite them being coldly muted
