@twinspin6 @snacks cross your eyes in such a way that you see 3 circles perfectly lined up. make sure your eye heights are parallel so that the red circles are on one line; now; when the 3 circles are perfectly aligned, try your best to keep the 3 circles perfectly aligned on a line while VERY slowly moving your head gently and slowly left and right without rotating the head one bit. Alternate the left right slow movements, with moving your head slightly closer and further from your monitor.
you will start to see somewhat moving silhouettes; keep going to the 3 circles, and try to focus on the depth of the silhouettes; Eventually your brain will break (or, "succeed") and make the silhouettes into very deep images
the red circles actually distract, so after a while, go back to the main image, and focus on trying to overlap two repeating patterns with your eyes, its easier that way imho once you get the point
