@Deplorable_Degenerate People who hurt other people are terrible people, but also we must look at what makes them do that. In order to prevent. Like with pedophiles - instead of being tough with them, imprison them, kill them, etc., is better to understand why they feel the way they do and prevent harm. Of course those who offend need to be "put away" but in a rehabilitation institution. Same with criminals, killers, etc..

I fear even saying this would trigger many, but there is no better way. If you keep on killing the bad people, you have no clue what made them like that and so others will become the same.

First of all what is “culture”?

We humans have borders that divide us into tribes. The rules of the division are not always clear. Language? But USA and Australia speak the same language…
Same is the case for South Africa, England, Sudan, Botswana, Nigeria, Singapore, Namibia or Ghana. And some 100 more tribes:

French? Some 50 tribes speak French!

The fact is that there are many tribes that speak the same language yet their cultures can be totally different.

So what makes a “culture” is a soup of traditions, beliefs, religion, food, knowledge, art, clothing style, humor, sport, and so on.

A cluster of values that makes a group of people a bit different from another.

In that sense cultures are not only limited by borders and tribes, but they can form around a topic of interest such as gaming, movies, even celebrities.
