Helpful advice from a fashionisto, ignore if unwanted:
the glasses are the weird part. Purple square frames would go better. Also not enough side-to-side variation to pull off the layered look. try adding a baggy windbreaker, it will make you look smaller and shorter through a visual proportion trick.
Alternatively, the 2000s are back in style, so Avril Lavigne's style of grunge 3/4 pants (from the MV of Complicated) plus the anime tee and the yellow glasses and arm warmers would be a dope look, no such a thing as too many cheap bracelets on one arm with one of those elastic chokers for accessorizing as well.
