Should I play Command & Conquer Red Alert? What's a good entry point to this series?
Over the years, I enjoyed several RTSes with single player story campaigns. The Settlers II, Warcraft III, Warzone 2100.

Red Alert II with the Yuri's Revenge Expansion Pack was my third favorite LAN game for Windows 98 PCs. My second favorite was Age of Empires II with The Conquerors expansion. My 4th favorite was Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds.
Ofc, my absolute favorite was Total Annihilation.
As far as multiplayer strategy games go, I'm pretty OP at them. Been playing them so long, I have hundreds of thousands of hours in them. Age of Empires is the most fleshed out and complex. But the others are very fun too.

Lukyan, I wish I had a retro LAN set up right now, we could hop on and I could crush you in increasingly creative ways. It would be so nostalgic. (If you get AOEII, open the chat box and type "Mother Nature", then hit enter. It gives you control of the wild animals. It's nuts.)
