@sun aren't they only cheap the first year? i think it was ~€3 for mine the first year, but then €30+ for renewals.

i see you mention namecheap elsewhere in the thread, but if i look up a random .space domain, then hovering the info-icon, it also says renewal is like $32.48/yr.
