@sun I'm not a luddite but lasik scares the shit out of me. Like if that laser misses suddenly you're hammerfucked. I just spend more on good glasses instead.

Dr. Peat talks about various vitamin and light therapies that sorta work but they can't really recover the eyes to what they might have been in a 20 something, or deal with cataracts.
