I guess Japan is home now because I am in the USA and I feel like shit

@sun the biggest if not only positive point I have continued to have on this country is its nature. I hope you can find some to maybe find some positivity.

@awl Japan in a lot of places actually sucks for nature. Where I am there are no animals except birds, and just about the only birds are big crows. Sometimes a bear comes down from the mountains and kills someone

@sun @awl its a fun exercise to try to listen for other birds
a guy was talking about how even in the winter if you really listen and pay attention they're there. we just shut them out as background noise. probably good meditation

@dictatordave @sun a somewhat similar exercise for what I do to meditate; I will now be trying this as well!

@awl @dictatordave my wife won't go into nature because of god damn bears and I can't even argue with her because there have been more bear attacks this last year than any year on record

@sun I can’t at all blame her and even with the ability to protect yourself against them I’d advise against it. @dictatordave

funny enough we've been having bears come down here more and like bob cats and coyotes

kinda cool, maybe that's what the suburbs needs, some wild kingdom to wake up the tards

i hope you can get out and get that healing only nature can provide sun
