I'd agree with a popular sperg on here that crime causes poverty as it's easier to destroy than create. IE: the druggie removing copper wiring from your house.

Doesn't america have low crime because if you see someone doing crimes you can just shoot them? The exception is at schools because kids can't bring guns to school yet, that's why all the violence happens there.

@sampler someone once told me that if you just did the crime rate of white americans our crime is as low as some gun-free european countries.

@lain @jeffcliff @eris I actually remember when everybody was saying you couldn't defeat a country using basically only air attacks and we did it twice. but then we failed occupation by trying to do it cheap. there's probably a lesson in there somewhere.
@jeffcliff @sun if someone goes from like, growing up in Chengdu to go be homeless in Beijing, theyd send them to Chengdu to get housing there to not strain resources in one city
In the US there's reports of states putting homeless people on a bus and sending them to Los Angeles where resources are extremely strained, so it's the opposite of that
