Legally licensed concealed carry does not make you law enforcement or give you authority to act as one. You’re not there to intervene, enforce, or insert yourself into conflicts. Training emphasizes restraint: avoid danger, de-escalate, disengage, and leave when possible. The “sheepdog” role is limited—personal, last-resort self-defense only, not correction or resistance.

They begin with organizing people, building logistics and discipline, securing manpower, and gaining legitimacy by being seen as oppressed under unjust power. Armed force comes later—after political groundwork, mass support, and moral authority already exist.
