@lain@lain.com I think the use case is that you can review PRs that build up from other PRs in isolation without doing a local diff between the branches. It’s a valid use case. But there is an argument to be made, that you probably should rather change the team processes to review and merge PRs faster.

My interests are fairly diverse. I love pretty much everything related to cyberspace. Whether that's server infrastructure, algorithms, compsci or hardware design. Music is another big passion of mine. I listen to practically every genre, and I used to be a drummer playing classical stuff, jazz and pop. Regarding narrative media, I particularly enjoy escapist fiction in movies, anime and books - I've been reading a lot of isekai light-novels lately.
Besides my main interests, I post about cool or interesting things I find online, random thoughts and hot-takes, but also little nuggets from my real life.

@lain@lain.com Yeah, unfortunately that’s not a reliable signal. I have seen people who let AI do the whole implementation and then commit by hand. I don’t know why they do it, but that seems to be quite common.
