@sanek i think those might be different muscles because i have difficulties with stairs too

@vaartis It's more that I have both 0 cardio and weak legs myself That's why I'm planning to get a rowing machine

@sanek bicycle is pretty good if you want to get somewhere and don't have a car and the city allows for it, i don't know if it made me more physically fit

@sanek @vaartis kind of a meme but in the same vein that gay people supposedly walk faster, it's said to be more common that they climb 3 steps each pace
