I really don't have a problem with cannabis tbh. I think, like anything else, it can be used responsibly and in moderation. I just hate the culture behind a lot of its use.

I'm already pretty buff, I just need to drop another 10 percent body fat and I'll be pretty shredded, I think. It all just comes down to not eating as much. I've been cutting for the last 7 months, trying to get where I want to be but I'm getting stronger thanks to the exogenous hormones. I'd like to take as much as I can without putting myself in "stroke" territory. We'll see what my physiological limit is.

stroke is the 2nd leading cause of death, so you're already in "stroke territory" by default, unless you do cardio which reduces your stroke rate by 20% for every 2km you do per day
