So I found out through some digging last night that the claude app can crash simply by having windows explorer open. This seems to be a problem for a lot of people who use it

I take this as a good thing because it means Windows usage is dropping dramatically among anyone who seriously programs

@RustyCrab the macbook neo was a bigger threat to microsoft than years of linux arguing was because microsoft had to say "WE'RE FIXING WINDOWS 11 SAAAAAR" as a result

@PurpCat to be fair they did also make a post about trying to make windows as good as Windows emulated on linux

@RustyCrab the one use case windows has is multimedia software and gaming, because linux users keep eating crow every time a game they like comes out and has some anticheat (but won't buy a Series S)

@PurpCat @RustyCrab don't have bad taste and it becomes a non-issue (pvp games are all cancer)

@geistigbehindert @RustyCrab Case in point, Wardogs dropped Linux to switch anticheats for the second beta week or whatever.

It was like being told "put the fries in the bag" even though the devs said "we're gonna try to make this work on Linux since it works on The Finals and Arc Raiders".
