@Cocoa Install GNU - it never slows down.
@Suiseiseki @Cocoa GNU =
Gnu's not useful. I Recommend the Microsoft Windows. It's the backbone of every successful business. Even my grandma is hooked up on the Windows. It's great!

@Suiseiseki @sampler @Cocoa @yomiel What is your opinion on RMS using proprietary meds to slow down his cancer and live longer. Is trying to save your life a valid excuse to use something proprietary?

Ideally, all medicine would be open source. It would make it easier to study and increase collaboration.
This is actually one of the many arguments communists make, that without competition, many sectors would be free to open their research to everyone. Instead of two, three or four companies (like vaccine companies) working to create the same product to rival each other, they could all work together and use the same manpower share their research.
That being said, it's not. Thus, sure, I'll use proprietary medicine.
If Windows was the only operating system out there, I'd probably be using it. But it's not.
Similarly, lets say there was a vaccine created by a state ran non-profit institution who released all of their research, I'd likely take it instead of the proprietary one.

@phnt @sampler @Suiseiseki @Cocoa @yomiel I recall he also took an injection of proprietary MRNA code
@Suiseiseki @phnt @sampler @Cocoa There is no such thing as a "proprietary drug"
