@lain @vaartis Czechia is the same, as probably the rest of Europe. Teachers keep wanting higher salaries every year, yet the quality is the same or is getting worse since there is no incentive to be a good teacher.

@nach @lain @vaartis In the case of Czech Republic it is the un*ons. Whether the government would give them the extra money is an almost yearly heated debate with the occasional strike in there somewhere.

The commie mindset of "the government must take care of me" with the usual "look at Germany, they are payed 3x" are prevalent.

it's practically the same in Argentina, with a healthy dose of useless, despot union leaders deeply entrenched with government officials (which consequently, are all suspiciously entrenched with the government party <peronists> that keeps corrupting the country, I wonder why that happens...

)
