if gnu autotools was rewritten in rust it would actually be fast and it would compile safely

@SuperDicq @pernia Autohell gets compiled with m4 which is a notorious place for hiding malicious things. This is also why you should never trust a configure script in a release tarball and re-create the whole autohell boilerplate from scratch.
