why are many Europeans going to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia so thin, especially thin in arms and legs? I thought it was drugs, but it might be climate

I mean there's that, but there's also a lot of health resorts there now that are state of the art recuperation and recovery facilities instead of seedy brothels. They cater to the Dubai crowd iirc
