after watching the video, we should ask questions about the first cop vs the 5th cop(and tracking who was who)
I'm not seeing context for why the 1st cop pushed the women in the snow and pepper sprayed the guy.

The dog pile was a mess,
the cop removing the gun from the dog pile: sensible
being pepper sprayed and having your gun move, reaching for you gun to hold it to yourself: sensible
shooting when you hear "gun" and the guy is reaching for his waist: sensible

The ice agent pushing the women into the snow, and point blank pepper spray: ???
Felony murder rule for the 1st cop or the women, need 30 seconds of context on that

@monkyyy yeah the right have the issue where they're not able to admit that this specific instance was a mess and was *probably* an instance of murder by the guy who unloaded his weapon. I've seen like 5 different excuses to justify what happened and they're all easily disproven by the video. if you're a law enforcement agent there are very specific instances where you're allowed to kill someone and you basically HAVE to believe your life is in immediate danger.
@mushroom_soup No, Im explicitly defending the 5th cop. If a bank robber take a fake gun into a bank and the security guard was drunk and misses hitting someone else, the bank robber gets felony-murder-ruled; this is good solid law and in place for a reason.

Creating violent messy situations is the first cause the law even if its the unarmed women being pushed into the snow. This is good common law thats at least 1000 years old.

The cause and effect needs to be traced back to what happened to the 1st cop and women. In the same way that Im fine with a plan planning a bank robbery getting a random murder charge,
