I would bet heavily against this being real.

I did a quick research. What seems to be happening is that right wingers were praising Alysa Liu as she is an example due to how her father legally migrated to the US fleeing from persecution in China, and then he fought the CCP to not change her nationality and they are a success story of legal migrants who actually contribute something to the country and etc.
Then leftists started sperging and screeching that "NOOO, ALYSA IS PROGRESSIVE AND SHE HATES YOU, YOU GUYS CAN'T PRAISE HER".
And the obvious response from all troll accounts in Twitter was, obviously, to create a lot of fake tweets and news articles screenshots sending more or less the same message that's in OP's image.
