@georgia asbestos is pescatarian yes? do they have vegan metamucil, i assume metamucil is already vegan
@technolyze is metamucil the husk stuff with the interesting texture? I should get some
@georgia @technolyze psyllium husk is pretty good as a low carb, high fiber substitute in baking recipes. they have it in the health section of whole foods

@georgia @technolyze this stuff is good for low carb diets. i use it to make egg pancake things that have a nice bread like texture but very low carbs
@georgia @technolyze (well, technically fiber is carbohydrate but i mean, low "net" simple carbs, and no sugar)
