One of my employees has been really disgruntled recently and had been searching for a new job (without telling management) and was calling in/leaving early doing interviews and stuff

We're pretty thinly staffed so this caused a lot of operational strain

My informants have told me he went from extreme confidence to saying today that he didnt get the job

If youre going to burn bridges in your way out of somewhere, maybe make sure you actually land the gig bozo

Tbh I'm in a similar position and I wouldn't tell my employer a damn thing lmao. They don't respect me or my time so why would I offer it to them?
