But can I pay Dragon's Layer or Space Ace on a usb drive?
Actually LaserDisc if I recall.
the lasers were really good quality and could read thru any surface scratches that did happen. until bluray, the lasers and cd quality were so poor a lightly scratched cd was unreadable.
Bring back magnetic tapes.
My 486dx2/66 had a tape drive.
I thought I was such hot shit back then. I still remember the night I installed the Windows Chicago Beta (win95 test release). I was like... you other fuckers are living in the stone age. Then I played doom just like before I installed it.
You're up past your bedtime, grandpa. Did you sneak past the night nurse to get back to the PC?
yeah space ace and dragons layer were both laserdisc games. i love don bluth's style. he even kept that style in titan ae

you could daisy chain the controllers too which was something unheard of, even today
