my mom somehow enabled retarded mode on her iphone and now can't disable it

@lina when you touch the screen instead of activating a button you pressed it highlights it with a border and writes its name on the screen. you literally can't press anything or unlock your phone because of that, it only responds to voice controls. it's also on android, my grandma accidentally enabled it once

@lina something like that but it's not called that. it's in the accessibility settings
