Also not really sure wtf happened there because that file only has 564 lines.
@lanodan That looks a lot more like memory corruption. Does the same command really fail if you run it again? What if you use the host compiler instead (what stage is this in)?

2@lanodan It really ought to be. In a sense quite lucky that GCC is good at falling prey to these (think it's because of its GC and hash tables for certain parts), it's often an early indicator. You always see these things from Mozilla, MS about how some massive proportion of crash reports are clearly buggered HW.
