mum-in-law: "is this your only milk?" (pointing at milk jug)
me: "do you want more milk? i think there's still plenty in in? do you want a different milk?"
mum-in-law: "is it your only milk or do you have more?"
me: "we have more, i can open different milk if you want!"
mum-in-law (pouring in milk): "some people don't have more milk!"
me: "yes, but we have more."
mum-in-law: "that's good!"
