British tried to keep foreigners away with their horrible food, so foreigners just brought their own foods. and don't think someone chose to move to a rainy cold island. they were forced by the British to do so since colonialism.

@kaia I have nothing against rainy cold island, I wouldn’t move to the UK for other reasons ^^;; (for example I’d probably be fine moving to Iceland)

@kaia Actually it's pretty interesting to see how during disengagement there's this back migration from many of the colonial lands into the UK proper yet I barely see British Melayus around 
@kaia They're here because of the fruits of a society built by people who were confident in who they were. Even so, we have the recipes. If it's that bad here, they know where to go.
