Everybody kind of admits that if it were Biden who tried to take away the guns, you'd have states seceding, US military falling apart, and Afghanistan style situation in the Appalachian mountains - one that the US government would lose.

I think you underestimate what a highly motivated Will Stancil type can accomplish. In a war scenario, guns materialize - because Russia will supply them and cartels will smuggle them in.
In an actual firefight, the libtard will lose 9 times out of 10, but they can set things on fire, destroy bridges, tear up railroad track, etc because that stuff really doesn't require "skill", it just requires following the instructions exactly (and you can bet Russia will be more than happy to produce these instructions and send them in)

Right now things are fairly calm, but what would have to happen would be ICE agents start getting shot in the street, and then they start getting trigger-happy and just kill brown people. At this point it's no longer about residency status, it's now about race.
That's a shift which will change everything, because the US military is full of Mexicans, and when it's Race vs. Country, the military will not be reliable anymore. When the US military can't be relied upon, then it's anyone's game...
