I think your math's a little off...

I'd rather my daughter walk behind an SUV than spend any amount of time on Epstein Island.

Base rates are important...

@cjd I mean, currently, Epstein Island is probably safe, as the whole ordeal is known, Epstein is dead etc.

Much safer than before, indeed.

But number of kids who walk behind SUVs per day is so high that still base rate says it's a less risky proposition...

Anyway pedantry aside, parking lots are indeed dangerous. Perhaps cars should have an alarm based on capacitive touch so it screams if something touches the car body...
