Working towards engineering a weapon that mutates as much as possible?
@Humpleupagus @grey For an engineered 'weapon' it seemed as remarkably ineffective as much as the lolocaust was as method of 'genocide'.
Well think of it this way - you can develop experimental airplanes to test different designs and wingforms, the results of which can actually be applied to a weapon platform.
