just spent a fortune on a pellet smoker/grill that you can apparently also bake on so i am looking forward to maybe a baked lihapiirakka instead of deep fried. im going to be in so much shit in the morning

I see a lot of those electric grill use those pellets to give the meat a certain smokey flavor.
