fries: crispy enough they weren't falling apart after driving with it for like 20 mins
gravy: excellent, sharp and flavorful
cheese curd: squeaky, fresh
yeah im thinking this is 8/10 only thing I would change would be double blanching the fries but their take on french fries works well in a poutine. would recommend highly
