@f0x @xenodemon shibao nuked her instance due to fears of laws iirc. There was also I think by @phnt in some thread I don't seem to recall well. Even if possibly unenforceable, the possibility of it being actually enforced against someone is enough deterrent for some people. Thankfully, I'm negligent and irresponsible.

@f0x @mischievoustomato @phnt @xenodemon the laws are currently in effect, and I think I might need to move off of codeberg. It is nice they have forgejo and self hosted runner support and weblate which is what I all had, but they recently voted to ban AI stuff with extremely tenuous "grandfathering" status for existing projects. But yeah I also don't want to host my own (public) code repository due to app store laws that mandate age verification. I have a business now though so my limited free time is much more limited
