How the fuck do you fuck up an operating system so badly, that you can't even run basic applications such as Notepad?
Why the fuck would you need to sign in to any fucking store to open fucking notepad? NOTEPAD! You know... a program that has been on Windows since like... 95?
WINDOWS 95 IS MORE FUNCTIONAL THAN WINDOWS 11

@enigmatico by default this new f***k notebad keeps your old tabs open...
i went to the accountant service for some IT complaint, and needed to copy/paste some stuff, so i naturaly hold win key > not* > enter > and the new notebad just open with some critical drafts meant to be "confidential"
well, i configured immediatly notebad to forget old tabs and disable copilot.
from now on i do it for every new user account i create.

The least awful way I can think to do that is to install Win 98 and Office 97 because... well, *everything*.
(I guess maybe I could do Office XP on XP at the latest but I haven't found a copy at my local PC recycler so 98 and Office 97 it is)
This started when they stopped including Solitaire and Minesweeper and tried to make you make an account just to get them...
