Madison ever tell you guys what happened to the flock of ducks she convinced me to raise with the promise of them being delicious eating?
After several months of them fighting with the chickens and shitting everywhere and ruining the sheep's water every day, Madison prepared a roast duck. Butchered it herself and everything. It wasn't good. I got up from the table and then committed TDD.

duck breast is pretty straightforward...
fry on medium fat down for 10 mins while fat renders, then flip.
place pan in oven at 300 for 5 mins and its perfect.
