You and I both know that every day there are train loads of incredibly toxic chemicals running through watersheds to major reservoirs. We both know you can 3d print a derailer and hide it in a duffle bag, and we both know there are hundreds of railroad bridges all over the place, and none of them are protected absolutely at all.
And we both know that the logistics of dealing with an undrinkable reservoir are positively nightmarish. So you don't need to act like you're doing the world some service by playing dumb about some shit that any idiot with 3 brain cells and a USGS map can figure out on their own...
