There's something weird going on where the people who own everything have decided to let it be destroyed. Very unclear why they're doing this, but it's clearly a thing.

Look at Hollywood.

Look at landlords in NYC and San Francisco.

Look at every tech company that brings in an Indian CEO, gets their entire staff outsourced, and then ends up with literally nobody in the firm knowing the codebase....

These are people who are supposed to know better and it seems that they're intentionally committing economic suicide - en masse.

Maybe they're planning one big debt jubilee before this cycle resets. They stuff their pockets and seek shelter while we deal with the fallout.

That's the only rational move I can fathom.

Something like that might be possible - but I'm thinking it's more likely that there's some kind of Secret Elite Religion that is telling them to do these things.

The information warfare landscape has just gotten insanely hot. All of the WEF guys are believing this "You will own nothing and you'll be happy" nonsense. A lot of money got poured into bug farming which then went tits up and lost all of the investor money... I'm inclined to think the most likely scenario is that these guys all got OneShotted and they're not really in command of their decisions anymore...
