Made some Ethernet cables today to clean up my embedded lab. One white jumper because the blue finally ran out.

Bottom shelf is modems that are for automated testing:
* Zyxel PMG5617GA (EN7526G chip) Fiber
* SmartFiber XP8421-B (EN7526G chip) Fiber
* Zyxel EX3301-T0 (EN7516 chip) Router only
* Nokia G-240G-E (EN7526G chip) Fiber
* ChinaMobile GS3101 (EN7526F chip) Fiber
* TpLink Archer VR1200V (v2) (EN7513G chip) DSL

And off to the side, another ChinaMobile GS3101 which I'll be sending to someone after I install OpenWrt on it.

This is my tmux window. I have serial shells on every device using a whole bunch of USB serial devices.

Power cycle a device by controlling the relay
mommy:~# device-reset nokia_g_240g_e

Connect to the device with picocom
mommy:~# com nokia_g_240g_e

Can I interest you in some din rail mounts?

I love the things and I'm going to be hooking all of my stuff up in my more portable server rack soon. My goal is going to be to use some ATS with delays and a standard cheap UPS with a much larger lithium battery backup to turn on if the power's out too long.

I actually investigated DIN rail, and what I found was that getting the same stuff for DIN is stupidly expensive, and it was harder to find the exact devices I was looking for - so I made a conscious decision to screw everything directly to the cabinet door.
