I'd assume he shot himself because they were wrestling over the gun. I dunno. I assume there's security camera video though.

I also assume that if he has good counsel, he'll get all of his previous interactions thrown out as prejudicial. If not, he'll have a good appeal if he's convicted.

My personal guess is that the USGOV is going to put their finger on the scale *in his favor*, because as of the past 5 years or so, they have been losing all patience for black community shenanigans...
