@eniko not a single one of these execs is going to be forward thinking enough to realize if you need senior engineers to review code, and your junior engineers only vibecode, eventually you're going to run out of engineers with real experience to review.
They are not expecting to need human employees in a few years.

Again, you're mixing things. When we're talking about taking resources away from productive people and using them to produce more unproductive people, I'm entirely in agreement.
BUT, post-imperial multipolar world is going to fix that shit in a hurry. Take away World Police, and suddenly any country that starts being dumb and inefficient is gonna get invaded and start losing land. So that's gonna fix itself.
