Exactly this. It will become a game of wack a mole. people will find ways around stuff.
enforcement efforts will be about as effective as they were during prohibition, or have been on the "war on drugs."

In the end there is also the possibility of total fatigue.

People might get so fed up with all of it that they stop using Internet. Like some Amish solution.

I hadn't thought of that, but it's likely true, particulary for a certain segment of the population.

@cjd Along those lines, just wait till everyone is using AI to make movies and other content and you can't use AI for any content that isn't approved.

I'm gonna go with Nothing Ever Happens on this one.

I'm sure some people would like it, but it has 2 problems:

1. It's actually easy to get content "approved" which is in fact scathing to the regime, because AI doesn't understand irony and humor

2. You can point a camera at your face and talk and people will watch it if you have interesting things to say, so there isn't a burning NEED for AI to make content.
