The shits come from improper food handling and shitty ingredients, not your amazing gut.

@charlie_root I mean as in i don't get poisoned easily, honestly the last time i threw up was becuase of a migraine.

see now this is weird, since my late 30s I randomly get nauseated out of nowhere and I'll just throw up for no reason. For my whole life, I could drink like a fish even and I never threw up. One time when I was 18 I threw up. mid 30s hit, happens maybe every other week now

It's possibly a liver reaction, I get them too, in fact when I'm hungover, puking helps to reduce the hangover, it's a purging of sorts, bile, swallowed spit, etc.

No, like I can not have had anything to drink in a week, two weeks and I will think of something just feel nauseated out of nowhere

Are you a smoker? Might be connected. I experience the same, I'll dry up for weeks and sometimes still do it, weed, tobacco, it doesn't matter, your body is just purging something unhealthy, even stress can cause it. Or bad food, like processed junk.

Nope. I smoked for like 20 years. Quit for my ex in Dec 2021. Funny, we split and she picked up smoking shortly after

I swore that when I left my parents' house that I'd never smoke.

They were both cigarette fiends. No matter how much you cleaned that house a haze of smoke always hung in the air.

My parents stopped smoking in their house about 10 years ago, you can't tell except for wainscoting and some wood paneling. I will rectify that all this spring and summer. I've got to rip out a bathroom and some other stuff so I will make sure it's smoke-free
