You toast the dry Penne in olive oil with a ton of chili flakes. Then, you slowly ladle the tomato sauce, which is watered down almost to a broth consistency, into the pan one to two at a time. Then, you cook on medium until the pan is nearly dry.

It caramelizes the sauce to the pasta, darkening it to almost black. However, the tomato and chili flavor is extremely intense.
It's about more than just having a child now. So much more.

See, I'm very pissed at the system that took my youth from me. My goals, my passions, all of these things are very disjointed. Disconnected from each other, making it difficult to break things down and attack.

Substack changed all of that. The advice, studying and information I've found there turned everything I wanted on its head.

I don't just want a family. I don't just want to make art. I want an ancestral seat. A legacy. And I want to rip Satan's falsebound kingdom right from beneath his feet.
Feeling really down.

I'm having to work excruciating hours to get stabilized. In the meantime, my dreams and aspirations are so big that they're terribly easy to cut down.

I feel stuck, and it's really easy for me to get caught in a death spiral of negative thought. Most days I feel like I'm going nowhere.

I can't love another person when I feel like I have to carry the burden all alone. I don't want her to feel like I'm dragging her down.
Update:

-57 days clean

I've been quite busy. I took the next step in my reboot and cut off social media in order to clear my head.

I stumbled onto Substack by accident. Found a circle of people that really turned my perspective of things on its head. A wealth of information that I needed when I was 12 years old.

My objectives have changed, and soon, my usage of NCD will radically change as well. I have been writing for Substack completely off the cuff, drinking in amazing information that I have needed for decades, and even regularly talk to a guy that lives here working as a truck driver while writing on Substack.

@matty I need a favor. I need you to go into my post history and wipe it clean. I'm starting with a completely clean slate. The only posts I want left are this one, my Pins, and my update one telling people where I have been here:

I will be back soon. I have a lot of work to do, and for the next six weeks I'll be pulling 50 plus hours at work every week again. I also need to drive out and pick up a French writing desk I bought from eBay.

Love you guys.
