@anemone Idk, most of the terminal cases of AGP I've encountered have been in 50+ men, I think repping while still having a testosterone sex drive destroys your brain

Definitely seen it in younger men too but it's a lot less sick

@scathach@stereophonic.space i think that's because these people don't have a persistent desire to transition of persistent gender dysphoria or w/e. They don't transition because the desire only exists when they're nutting

@anemone @scathach a lot of sexual fantasies are just fantasies like most rape fantasists so that makes sense. however I wouldnt rule out transition because for example the sisters who made the matrix movies were known to both see a bimboification dominatrix years before both transitioned.

@anemone @scathach isn't this common for AGP though? I do agree not all of them go through with it but I suspect the people involved in these circles encourage it as they get off to others doing this to themselves as well
