It’s too bad voting has turned into “vote on campaign and get a reskinned version of the same shit”. Maybe it always has been.

primaries are an audition for the people who get to select who runs. If you control who the choices are, you control the outcome. Even if the actual votes aren't rigged, the system is, so voting is intrinsically not fair or representative.
