@DireGoy I respect the glasses guy's argument, but I wish he would have answered a bit more precisely.
They can't shoot anything down? So why would Iran, if it were to continue to fire 15 year old missiles, just saturate air defense? They would get through, would they not?. If they would not get through, then how is air defense depleted and "they can't shoot anything down"?

@WandererUber @DireGoy Glasses guy is a pedo. Scott Ritter. Bloviates a lot. Some get through, some don't, I would trust the guys on the ground (Iran) to know what to do and win. They seem to have been doing just fine without advice from Ritter so far.

I'm interested in this air defense claim in general. The host asks a good question. "If it's not working and the Iranians can just overwhelm the air defense, why draw this out?" and I think there's been quite a bit of cope on the pro-Iranian side about the setbacks they of course had to endure going against the biggest military in the world. They paint too rosy a picture.

He was gung-ho that Gaza was gonna kick Israel's ass during that conflict, and it didn't actually pan out. I've seen video on telegram today of an Iranian ballistic missile getting shot down, so they are definitely still shooting down some missiles.
