I don't mean Caesarism or any other silly hopes people cling to. That age passed with Hitler. I mean inflation, borders dissolving, handing out citizenship, losing SOI expansion wars, then border skirmishes, then to attacks. Fag shit, women, birth rates. Infrastructure and upkeep. This list goes on forever.
Every gay new little hot take anyone could have about our civ is countered by "they had the exact thing in Rome."
Despite all of this, people cling to instead saying the parallel is Weimar or that we will have a civil war, our side will win, and then we can restore our world order. Guess who also said that. Yeah.
Did they do it? They sure tried, yet they were still wiped off the map. There's no escaping this. There were even people like me telling Romans they couldn't escape the fate of Troy.
Where am I going with this? It's very simple. Don't headcanon about fixing this civilization. Don't think about fixing it. Don't let anyone tell you that you'd want to. Don't help those who try. As hard as it may be, because the West is more than just McDonalds and Football, you need to leave it behind. Let it die.
The last remnants of a people once glorious, those few who still believed in the idea of mighty Rome and fought bitterly to bring her back, they all found their bloody end on the battlefield while plundering parasites scrounged the last valuables and skittered away in the dark. Instead, struggle for something new, a new age, a new culture, a new White man. You will be rewarded. Rome must die.
