@Red_Hat @Eleutheria2 This is pretty much what they said before the Reagan amnesty. Tons of people granted a legal status and a clear pathway to citizenship.
And that was followed by no border security, the fees were waived and most applicants weren't even farm workers.

If they want it to stop, they can always pass a law that puts final liability on the owner of the property where the people are working.
