Same. They don't know what they're fucking doing. I often kind of nigger-rig my sleeping when things get rough. One thing I've tried is Dramamine, and it usually (not every time) starts to knock me out in an hour. It only keeps me out for ~4 hours, but it helps when the dread begins creeping in...Kanna also helped, but you can't take it with anything modulating serotonin. Kanna actually really helped.

Sidenote: Do you keep your electrolytes up? Dr. Berg's clears the brainfog for me sometimes. Neurtransmission requires electrolytes. Especially, if you've ever been a drinker, you might need some. You've probably already tried this though.

Exactly. Why would you resist arrest with a gun on you? If your shirt comes up, the second a cop yells "GUN! GUN! GUN!" you're dead. So, if you know you're going to get pressed by the police, you should probably cooperate if you want to live. I expect male nurses to be smarter than this.
